Nova recognises the Land Force is continuing to become increasingly integrated and complex as it continues to adopt new technologies and capabilities to achieve the Adaptive Army initiative. Coupling our land domain expertise with our capabilities and experience in aerospace and maritime complex system acquisition, enables us to provide leading edge support to Land projects. In line with the increasing complexity of land capabilities, Nova has rapidly expanded its land domain expertise to include:
- Systems engineering, test and evaluation and certification.
- Logistics, in-service surveillance, life extension testing.
- Technical writing and publication authoring Technical Documents.
- Systems integration of weapons and platforms.
Nova's experience in managing and conducting complex test and trials is unsurpassed and links its abilities and knowledge of its people to achieve the Land Forces requirements.
Nova recognises the Army’s consistent desire to achieve excellence in its people. Nova has and continues to provide a variety of training courses to the Land Systems Division in areas such as Acceptance Test and Evaluation as well as EO and Weapon certification to address identified knowledge gaps. Nova also recognises the importance of ensuring the performance specifications are specific and testable, therefore Nova continues to be involved in the initial development of the Capability Development Document suite to ensure the end user gets the equipment they can use to meet their commanders intent.
Nova has also linked its capabilities to a variety of Industry providers to ensure relevant experienced expertise is available as required. Importantly is the ongoing relationship with industry that remains a key focus of Nova’s Land program.
