Operational Support

Nova has the capacity to provided dedicated operational support to a range of military and commercial fields. Tri-service experience is significant within the company with many staff having served extensively in command positions with Australian and international military services. Our operators and engineers have been actively involved in a broad range of positions in both national and coalition exercises and operations.

Nova employs a high ratio of operators to engineers to support involvement in assessing operational capability and defining requirements for Capability Development and Force Element Groups. Our professional experience means Nova is amongst a select few companies chosen to participate on the Capability Document Development Panel.

Nova has had significant involvement with Capability Development Group, Defence Material Organisation and Defence Science Technology Organisation and has assisted in defining and assessing current and future requirements. The combination of our experienced operators and core skills of evaluation and systems engineering, enable us to provide consistent methodologies for evaluating capabilities, developing end-user requirements and assessing the operational utility of a wide range of complex military and commercial systems.
