Nova’s consultants have experience in all phases of the project life-cycle, beginning with concepts and needs analysis, right through business case development, solicitation and tender review, contract negotiation, contract execution, acceptance, transition to the in-service phase and project closure. As many of our consultants also have backgrounds in supporting or operating in-service equipment, they have the advantage of being able to understand the issues and needs of project ‘customers’.

Our experience with Project Management has lead us to conclude that many difficulties experienced by projects stem from poor planning and inadequate communication; both within project teams and externally to stakeholders.
