The quality systems and processes that are required for a RTO will ensure the on-going quality of all Nova System's existing and future training courses.
In today’s defence environment, skills acquisition is essential to bringing projects in on time and budget. Nova’s goal is to ‘raise the training bar’ to allow professionals to efficiently apply skills that will meet these aims.
Nova Systems has developed training courses using the company’s highly qualified and experienced consultants who bring the courses to life using real world experiences to highlight the learning outcomes. Nova has delivered courses to Defence organisations including Navy, Army, Air Force, Defence Materiel Organisation and the Australian Defence Force Test and Evaluation Office.
Using the experience gained through involvement in Defence projects, Nova Systems firmly believes that the practical emphasis given on our training courses provides the maximum benefit to the participants and allows for an easy and effective transfer of knowledge and skills to their own particular programs.
