Customer support for the dual mode field service and journey management system is provided by Trimble. This service provides 24 hours a day 7 days a week support via the GeoManager web application interface and also toll free dedicated telephone support.

The Help Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Web application service requests are monitored and progressed continuously. The relevant satellite network operations centre will be automatically engaged by this process, in the event it is required.

Where continuous monitoring of your dual mode service is selected, a hotline number is given to your employees so they can contact the Auspace 24/7 emergency operations centre powered by Dynamiq, if and as required.

Bespoke system support is tailored to individual customer requirements. The Pactel network operations centre is a state-of-the-art facility located in Sydney that provides real-time monitoring and on-line ticket-handling for individual sites 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
